I have to agree. Stay away from those. To answer the question, I can't tell from the packaging whether that is for both bulbs or just one. Easy test - plug one in and have your stocker plugged in. Let them warm up for a bit then hold your hand close. If that is seriously an 80w single bulb it should feel distinctively warmer. Remember, don't touch the bulb!

this is prolly off topic, say you get a Projector Housing (kinda what comes stock HID-ready, only without the HIDs), are you better off going with brighter/whiter halogens (like those Osram night breakers) than doing some aftermarket HID setup? assuming these are stock, factory Projector housings without HIDs
I am using PIAA 35w yellow fog bulbs in both cars and they are plenty bright.

The thing is I was planning on getting the HID/Projector Housing from Mitsubishi for the 2009 Ralliart which is fairly cheap, much cheaper than getting the whole set including the bi-xenons and I wanted to see if I could duplicate the HIDs by getting those ultra-over-the-top halogens like the ones Osram makes; that'll save me $1,400 bucks off the HID setup while still using the factory Projector Housings

There isn't anything wrong with buying bulbs from Ebay, just buy good bulbs from ebay. Don't buy anything that is super blue with a silver tip that is only $5.99 that looks "...just like a HID!!1!..."
