ic pipes plus FMIC needs a tune...
I mean sure you can run without one..but you will not be optimizing anything.
Increasing the airflow w/o retuning isnt all that good ya know..
I know for a damn fact I wouldnt do that...but hey that's just me.

Yeah, I/C shouldn't require a tune. It only affects the air after it has run through the MAF, so while the air might be denser, it is not sending more air than the computer knows to compensate for.
If you think your piping is leaking, maybe try the old water-on-tire trick to see if bubbles are forming?

The main benefit you will receive untuned is a lower charge temp.
I never said you shouldnt tune, i said he doesnt need too, and isnt running a risk by not.
