I'll check the manual again..but the differential/t-case fluids are only "checked" for the first 25-30k or so miles. No changing of those yet, I don't think. I could be wrong though - I'll check when I can get my hands on the manual.
Side note; I'm dreading 60k miles...SST Fluids need to be changed. SST Diaqueen fluid is pretty much worth its weight in gold.

Mitsubishi's site says they are chains, but the owner's manual says belts. I wonder if any tuners on here can give us a definitive answer.

5k miles is usually just an oil change, the 15k miles will depend on your location, here in california we follow the severe maintenance schedule which means its a fluid flush
-oil change
-transfer case fluid change
-acd fluid change
-rear diff fluid change
-coolant
-top off /change brake fluid
-wiper/ accesorry fluid top off
-tire rotation
-lube chasis
I know, cause this is what I did for my evo 8...which practically is what my ralliart's drivetrain is

The main timing mechanism is a chain but everything else runs off a belt.

I would like to recant my previous statement. The 2009 manual does indicate a timing chain. I think my dealer is lumping the Ralliart in with the regular Lancers.
