RA Gas Tank... miles per tank???
So I have been trying to get a feel of the gas tank to make sure I am never stranded on the side of the road...
The display will start warning you the tank is low and I immediately fill it up, which is always 12 gallons, but the manual says the RA holds 14.5 gallons.
Does that mean I had another 2.5 gallons in my tank and could have gone 30-40+ miles still?
Has anyone pushed the limit and ignored the warning?

In theory yes, but remember there could be contributing factors, like the
design or placement of the fuel pump.
Crud and debris in the bottom of your tank that can get into the filters
I am not sure if fuel also keeps the fuel pump cool? (Anyone?)

I've always heard it was bad to let it get that low anyway because then you start sucking up whatever has settled at the bottom of your tank. Could be moot these days, but the concept makes sense at least.

On average, though, I am getting about 280-310 miles per tank (from full to the first warning). I drive up and down two mountains on my way to and from work five days out of the week, as well.

Ive driven cross country with my car aswell and doing highway the whole time i got around 300 miles to a tank using 93 octaine. Ive noticed that depending on the feul you put in you, its able to reconize the different octaines and give you a better estimate on gas milage. Only reason i know this is some places 93 oct isnt readily availble so i have to use 92, or even 91 sometimes

Farthest i've pushed mine was 27 km traveling at 120km/hr after the 2nd stage warning light came on. I had roughly 5 liters left in the tank once i filled her back up.
IMO the first stage gas light comes on rediculously early, ive got 65km more after the first light cam on. I average 450-490 km/tank

I've gone about 30 KM at 130km/h after the 2nd warning. No time to get gas if Im already late for something.

Not so much. The fuel pickup is at the bottom of the tank.
