Does the Lancer Ralliart use filter MZ690116?
Or is that just the regular non-turbo lancer filter and the evo & ralliart have their own special filters?

It uses the evo oil filter which is shorter than the oil filter on regular lancers. You can get them at any of the dealerships for about 10 bucks. The parts guy at my dealership says according to his techs either works but the manual says use the one for the evo.

That's the filter number the Ralliart uses. Many different Mitsubishi's use that same filter (Evo, Std. Lancer, Ralliart, etc...).
