oh so you want Mitsubishi to warranty the Transmission after you increase the power delivery at which the stock transmission is rated?
It's like going to an AT&T Store and saying: oh I want an iPhone and I want to jailbreak it, but I want to make sure you guys will offer warranty after that...
very clever

my tune was done through my purchase, the service deptarment at my dealership is 100000% pro mods and tuning. The manager has a gt3076 evo x and the parts driver has a modded ralliart. He told me himself if the tune causes issues and im out of town, if need be, 50 cycles will clear it. they wont look back past there for history.
My dealer showed me a paper identical to this for the RA too last time I was in there to "warn" me about modding. It doesn't really matter if the dealer is pro mod and tuning, any warranty claims over $400 has to be approved by the DPSM not the dealer.
Sorry I don't understand what u mean about the 50 cycles. Do u mean that after u remove the tune, 50 cycles will clear it from the history? Or after 50 cycles it will clear your tune even if it is still on your ecu? Cause if I'm out of town, I don't think I'd have my tactrix cable and laptop with me most the time.

I was able to get a brand new iPhone as a replacement through Apple before the year expired after I broke the mute switch

after 50 cycles the history of starting the car with the tune on it will be erased. They can dig further into it but rarely do. If i have time this week ill stop by my dealer and have them do it, just to verify or deny the claim i was given. Previously, my srt-4 and ion redline did the exact same thing.

i know my old dodge did it. so someone trying to say your running a tuned rom in your ecu just by looking at the key cycle log shouldn't hold any water. i may be wrong. just mentioning how it was on my old car.
