Great purchase mate. I've had mine on for about 6 months and couldn't be happier.
Cosis- I've run 3 different cars with HKS SSQV's and never had an issue (inc a 450HP Nissan).
Where do you get your info? Did you have one with an issue or are you just a hater?????
The only thing I do agree with you on is DON'T run it atmo or you will have issues.

Hey JCM, Just wondering why you think not to run the SSQ bov atmospheric?
Im running mine atmospheric at the moment. Should i convert it back to recirculate? hmmm
Cheers man.

power > noise.
for the record i ran one on an srt-4 with close to 400 at the wheels and it stopped working, as it did for a friend of mine with a similar setup. Lousy build, but good intentions.

I would only suggest using and atmo BOV if you get a retune ASAP.
Go search the evo X boards and youll quickly learn when hundreds of them will tell you to steer clear of the ssqv. On our car in particular, running it to atmosphere without being tuned to do so is stupid. You run the risk of going lean, and you WILL hurt your performance.

I know a few guys running them on Evo's and RA's without any issues but they were ALL setup recirc.
Not good to hear that you and your mate had them fail on you, but as mentioned, I've never had an issue and they have a very good name with alot of tuning crowds.
