They bought my factory tires from me since they only had 25 miles on them. (sweet!)

Bottom line: The Ralliart is comfortable, fun to drive and no competitor came close to the price (23.5 OTD)
I would say that the Subaru WRX(not the STI version) has pretty much all the same features(except the SST transmission) and horsepower for about the same price as a Ralliart. Some days I wish I would have went with a manual WRX instead of the Ralliart due to the questionable longevity of the SST, but I guess in the end I just liked the exterior looks of the Ralliart much better(probably not a very logical reason to choose one car over another though.....)

Ralliart will be a lot better in the snow than the WRX (non-STI). Real mechanical differentials will always beat a viscous coupling unit system with open differentials that uses with brakes to limit slip.

If you have ever got the rear end out on this car its a blast. Its sooo manageable and easy. I LOVE the way the AWD and ACD get busy when your sliding. You can feel the whole system working with you and not just trying to ruin you fun. I FREAKING LOVE THIS THING!!

I did look at the WRX (non-STI) and didn't want it since it is only available with manual transmission and the OTD price. The Subaru dealers around here wanted 29,000 OTD on a WRX and 28,000 OTD and an Impreza 2.5GT. I paid 5,500 less for the Ralliart and it has more room in the back seat for my kids than the Impreza body style.

Pricing is regional (at best) and I was told by the Subaru dealer that if I didn't buy the WRX or GT at those prices, then someone else would.
