I'd probably just go with an HID kit. I got mine from HIDExtra.com for $65 shipped. They do scatter more light than stock but they run cool and produce a lot more light than stock.

Yea when you pull up to a wall probably 4-5 feet away they shine a circle thats probably about 4 feet off the ground. Definitly not very oncoming traffic friendly. I have 3000k and use mine 100% of the time my headlights are on and get flashed ever once in a great while.
