haha! That is exactly how I felt. But replace " snap" with a couple of swear words! lol

lol. somebody's definitely a bit excited.
unless anyone can chime in with better results though, i think we are currently #1 & #2 fastest on stock turbo!
also, elevation is 730 ft above sea level @ byron where we ran yesterday

Here are my 3 runs at Byron 9/26/10.
We will start with the worst
I will type out 60' and 1/4 with MPH in case its hard to see in the pics.
1st Run (I have a video of the first run but I wont be able to post it til tomorrow
60'...2.678 ( Very BAD!!! )
1/4...14.248 ( thought it was 14.7...lol )
MPH...99.86
With this run I got a really bad launch. Technique used - Held foot on brake and on the 3rd yellow I floored it and when the tree went green I let off the brake.
The car sat for what seemed like 2 sec before it took off when it hit boost.
2nd Run
60'...1.909 ( Better but not there yet )
1/4...13.049
MPH...103.36
With this run I had a better launch. This time I kept feathering the gas peddle to build boost. When the tree hit green, I launched at about 2500-3000k rpms.
3rd Run
60'...1.747 (Way better launch! The goal was to get under 1.8 60' and 12.8 1/4)
1/4...12.775
MPH...105.34
This last run I used the same technique as the 2nd. The main difference is when I launched I was around 3-4k. Since I was in boost, the car took off. I did slip a tiny bit during 1st gear. Could be the All seasons I'm rockin.
I think under 1.8 60' is really good for the RA considering the car does not have a launch control. (Wheres our 2 step!!!) I really do not think the trans will allow any better without a launch control. But I will find out the next time I run.

google search the city that the track is in and type the word elevation afterwards, for example: byron, il, elevation
and it'll show up in one of the results. this instance we were 730 ft above as mentioned earlier

Thanks for the explaining how the launch and times work. I always thought time started right when the green lit. I learned something new today lol.
Did you use auto or manual mode?

Since I am done with performance mods this year. I think the next time I run, I am going to try and save some more wieght. Hopefully it will be soon since its getting cold out. I know kyle will be doing the same! He is definitely after the top spot!
