its not wrong if it was 50/50 we would have a viscous hub do we have one no we dont it not alway 50/50 do some research its 50/50 when we just driving around doing nothing then it changes to the front or rear depends where needed so how does that work at always 50/50 quote
(Despite popular belief, this switch DOES NOT change the torque split. The differential is geared at 50:50 and cannot be changed by the push of a button. What this switch actually does is quite simple. Each setting determines how long the ACD will delay in freeing the center differential after a steering input is made. In addition, it will determine how much locking force the ACD will exhibit on the clutch pack and center differential)
so we all wrong it does not change tourgue split it or always 50/50 if it was 50/50 always it would handle like a bag of **** it would want to understeer all the time coz it getting 50/50 acd make it slip so it frees the front or rear diffs so we can go around corners but that means its not always 50/50 it slips and makes it 40/50 or whatever it need im not trying to be an hero im just explaining it in logical way

Dude just stop your wrong. We posted the link that proves it. The acd allows the difference in speed between the front and rear wheels with a 50/50 torque split so that your car doesn't handle like a bag of ****t. So when you are in tarmac the back end can come out because the difference in speed is greater then when you are in snow mode where the difference in speed is nothing.(better handling in slippery conditions) Someone please close this thread because all the wrong info is pissing me off.

jimbo4510 - posts removed. You need to read the ACD article.
