SST is so awesome... Not a lot of people know what the automated manual really feels like... Especially if they own a comfortable luxury car.

Note, that BMW and Mercedes use a DSG type gear box in their cars.

Yeah I notice a lot of people tend to think of these as automatics that you can drive manually (much like what has been going into most new cars of the last decade). In actuality these are manuals that can be driven automatically; but they still preform best in manual mode, as designed

Well yeah but I was talking about the cars with high HP and a regular automatic trannys.

I've even had people telling me it "felt" like it was faster and the car wanted to go faster than a 911 manual. I guess there's less work involved to change gears when it's in sport mode but it still feels like it wants to go faster and faster with the rev matching.
