Any Issues With Your RA so far?
i have the lancer and i havent had any real problems so far, but im getting rid of it and i was going to get the genesis but i love my lancer so much i just wish it had AWD and turbo which is what the RA is. so i've been looking for some Ralliarts under 20k which of course are most likely going to be a used 09 one. and i ran past a few, some having as high as 30k miles. the onlything im worried about is i know mitsu only has a 60k warranty and i dont want to have it for a year and the warranty be gone and something go wrong with the tranny and then im out 5 grand or more. so have you guys had any issues with your car other than the normal noises or rattles and such which are common in all the lancers?

I've got almost 40,000 miles on mine so far. No issues, yet. But I can't help but feel I'm driving a ticking time bomb and it's only a matter of time before I run into a huge issue with my TC-SST. I love the car, I just wish the trans. was easier to maintain, or cheaper to maintain.

54,000 kms (im canadian) its like 31k miles, and from what i have read on this forum it seems that if the RA is beat on hard before a proper breakin then tranny issues seem to pop up around 25-35k km 15-20k miles so as long as it drives fine and u dont hear anything funny u should be good to go.
Another point to remember is that Mits usually does a 200k 10 year or 120mile 10 year on all there cars, however turbo models are exempt because they get drivin a little harder .
So if ur worried get a third party warranty but u can have peace of mind that mits uses quality parts.
