Is that I can only shift from the SST normal to sport while stopping? This is what I see from the user manual. Can I shift during driving. It is weird if I can't shift it whenever I need it during driving like passing someone or going uphill .

Yes, you can change between sport and normal mode while driving. I do it all the time and have had no issues.

Uh, I think you can shift it at anytime... I personally go with manual sport unless its highway.
