Diehard Gold or Optima Yellowtop?
I am looking to put a new battery in my 2010 Ralliart, the stock battery just isn't doing a good job. Which battery is recommended? I have a 1000watt sub amp and an aftermarket alarm system in there, and I regularly travel to freezing temps.
I was looking at the diehard gold ($115) or the optima yellowtop (~$180)
any help?!

I've always had good luck with Optimas.
If you're not running an upgraded stereo; the Deka-sourced etx30l might work for you. 400 CCA is a little marginal for our cars but I ran one in my Eclipse without issue. http://www.etx30l.com/

Look into Odyssey batteries, best performance battery out there. Optimas product design is ancient and quality has gone down significantly over recent years.
I'm a battery rep and we're distributors for both odyssdey and optima.
Go to Sears and buy a diehard which is made by Odyssey.
