Do you think I need a tune?
I recently installed a UR Single exit cat back exhaust and the UR UICP on my 2009 RA other then that the car is stock. Do you think I need a tune for those 2 mods I was told that the exhaust can have the car run a little rich which concerns me a little. I do plan on tuning eventually but I'm still under warranty.

You have already changed the exhaust. It is not a stock car anymore.
If something happen, mitsub can always refer it to what you have changed and void your warranty. The warranty does not matter anymore.
Just go for a tune if you really like to.

I think this is the key. When you say you got a "Catback Exhaust" does that mean you also got rid of the stock Cat and replaced it with a High Flow Cat? If so, I would recommend a tune, if not you should be fine.
