what ECU to buy for ralliart? EVOX? Only ralliart?
I bricked my ECU flashing a basemap and now I'm very paranoid to flash again.
I figure my best bet is to have an ECU specifically for tuning, so I can have the stock one for when I need it, or if I brick the other somehow.
Do I need to stick with a Ralliart ECU from my specific year? Or can it be any ralliart ECU or any SST evo X? If I got anything other than my year's ralliart ECU would I just have to flash the ralliart map before starting up the car?
Thanks!! I can't wait to get this thing flashed.... Stock is so mushy!

Just pull out your bricked ecu and bench-flash it. Wire up a harness and follow the directions shown here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...h-process.html and here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...d-reflash.html
Once you have a setup all put together, just keep it around and you'll not have to worry about it again. Much cheaper than a second ecu.
