Stock +09 Ralliart waste gate spring tension

Does anyone know the stock waste gate spring tension for a +09 Ralliart?

Also, is there a max boost level for the stock blow off valve?

When in doubt - just drop in a used EVO IX or X BOV - cheapest/easiest solution if running more than stock pressures or if you think the stock one failed...
