Ralliart downpipe, test pipe (cat-delete) and catback
Hi everyone,
I have presently a magnaflow cat back installed on my 2009 RA.
I also have a turbo XS 3" downpipe and a DCsports 3" testpipe but they are not installed on the car yet.
I am just wondering if it will fit bolt on (flange, fitting angle, gasket,...) and I'd like to know your personnal experience with your aftermarket exhaust!
Thanks

Correct magnaflow is designed to bolt to stock cat. May have do some finagling or install at exhaust shop and see what they can do. They'll pribbaly cut off the flange of the magnaflow and weld a 3" one

Any test pipe made for the X fits our car no problem. If the catback bolts up to the stock cat it'll bolt up to the test pipe just fine. Not sure on the diameter of the Magnaflow though as I'm running the UR catback with a Works test pipe.
X cat and Ralliart cat are the exact same part number so therefore diameters/flanges should be same as well

It should still bolt up as the flange should be the same. The only restriction would be the bottle neck from 3->2.5
He probably will then need to get the catback modified by a shop then if he wants the full 3 inches.
The initial question was would it bolt up and it SHOULD. Will it be running as effective as it should be. Most likely not.

It will all bolt up. The only issue you'll run into is gasket sizing. You'll need to match up the flanges before install and make sure the gaskets you plan on using will surround and/or seal the piping completely on both mating surfaces.

There is a 3" to 2.5 " adapter that works very well for me.
