Pcv to intake manifold hoses

Pcv to intake manifold hoses
Anyone tried installing an oil catch can? PCV end is 3/8 but it look like the intake side is larger? Wtf?
Who makes hoses that are two different sizes on each end?!?! Did anyone just force the 3/8 to the intake manifold? Did you get an adapter and connect the new hoses to the original holes (extending it)?
