Well guys, i know now, that everybody has problems with ACD pump, which is very expensive part to replace. Somebody have a tuned EVO or RA, and under warranty the stealership isn't replacing it. Even without tuning, they don't.
And the part is really expensive. I live in Europe, and my stealership said, part costs 2,500euros. Repaired part, at rally car service, they say it costs around nine hundred, the part is made out of 3 other parts to make in brand new, and they give a 1 year guarantee.
Well, the big question is - why couldn't we try, to get what we want together. This is a really big thing. Because, the part is mitsubishi's fault, in the way they make the part. If you live in a place, where there is a summer and winter, they needed to take a resposibility of that. Because, i don't drive my RA as it should, i take out of mine maby 1/5
and it still breaks? wtf? So.. as that is being said, we could make them to change these parts, because it their fault for making parts ****ty.
It's for us all, for us, not just for me.

I'm new to this stuff, but i think, if we can't make them to change it for free, then lets make the parts less expensive. [for new parts]. Otherwise, its ridiculous.

You should already have a warranty extension to 10 years/100K miles (KM?). Didn't the dealership mention that? Ask them.

I thought the extension was only applied to the US? I could be wrong though but I haven't heard of it going on elsewhere besides here in the states.

I agree. What do you have to lose, especially if you are in a place where the same road conditions apply?

You have alot of leverage with the local headquarters when you say you know the US has extended warranties. The reason they extended it here is due to us salting the P#ss out of our roads.

I believe the extended is in US and Canada due to our super salted roads

Super salted here in Finland as well, we have a 5 year warranty for our cars here but no 10 year thingy And also much worse goodwill from the manufacturer compared to the US, recalls etc. that have been done over there rarely make it here. For example, there isn't an ECU update for the P1241 error code in the EU, I guess Mitsu just can't be bothered about it

I suppose the only thing is to try and see if the dealership would cover part of the costs..

If you call your local HQ youll get somewhere, be neat and organized and explain that your aware of the extended warranty in the US. And know the parts are identical. Also look into a rebuild kit for the pump, its nothing too intricate and the kit costs something like 200-300 usd

I got my pump.
They said - 5 years / 60k [KM]
5 years i would have in may / 60k after a thousand. [KM]
This is pretty funny. It took for a while, i was at the dealership for 3/4 times, and at the begging they wanted money, and didn't want to change it, but, i was doing things properly and everything came out great. So..

Here is my letter:

Hello.
Today I was at the dealer, to discuss this question. I told them about this thing in United States, Canada, where the recall have been.
They told me second time, that it is not possible, and to write you [Mitsubishi Motors Europe] about this.
The issue is this - why, we, have to pay money for this, if others can't? Am I different? Are we different?
Its kind a big problem. Its not about the money anymore, its about attitude. Am i wrong?
You better contact your dealerships to not make the things worse, because I know, I'm not the only one who has this problem.
And this case, i need to replace it as fast as possible, because, this pump fails first, and its only matter of time, when something other will break.

Cause I don't get any answers to these things at all:
Mitsubishi already has extended a warranty for this part for 10 years / 100k miles. [you have already extended the warranty, or maybe dealership is doing things their own way, to make money?]
Extended service plan for the pump is TIN-14-22-001. And it has to be replaced! If it doesn't, then why?
Its because of corrosion.
Why it isn't world wide, or is it? Maybe things here are solved differently, by taking the money and doing nothing at all, to help everyone who has this problem.
I have a documents of proof, whats happening in US/Canada.

And thank you all guys for your support!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wanted to ask about some sort of guard for the pump, so there is no chance happening again.
I saw a replacing kit in the trunk, but is there any other way?
