those 18x8.5 + 38's would those fit without a problem. i mean, i dont wan to roll fenders or whatever it is you guys do with bigger tires. basically, i want the same dimmensions of rims and tire size as stock

You''ll have to roll rear fenders but seriously its worth it. My uncle rolled mine in no time and that size will look soooooo much better than a stock size will.

best color wheels on a black car is a very subjective question. everyone has their own tastes. Some like the completely black w/ no bright work look... others like the contrast that having bright works brings to a black car.

Personally, i like having the contrasting looks of bright work on a black car. So, i prefer machined aluminum alloy/silver/hyper black wheels on a black car... not a big fan of chrome wheels on any of the 08+ Lancer/EvoX/RA model cars though

i think im going to go with these and get the yellow powder coated to maybe a light blue. blue and black has always gone hand in hand

by the way. it says its offset (plus 40). would these work. they are 18x8

yeah they'll work but I dont think those wheels should be put on a Ralliart ever. Not a fan but to each their own but yeah I dont like the black & yellow theme either so another color would be good.
