It is a upgraded "aftermarket" 3 port boost control solenoid that provides greater control and 'resolution' than the 2 port OEM solenoid.
We are hoping to have some data from a 3 port solenoid upgraded Evo 10 soon that will obviously translate to a Ralliart as well.
