Make sure you log. Check peak boost. Boost targets are 22.4psi on 91oct and 23.3psi on 93oct.

Get a wideband, if you haven't already. You should see mixtures around 11.5:1 - 11.0:1 at WOT at/past peak boost.

I do have wideband. I can log and install the map and everything with the OpenEcu EcuFlash software on the first post?

Im not sure if its my connection but why can i not download the file? Btw I am in Aus so if there is anyone here in Aus that isnt getting this same page then pls let me know how so i can download this map.

Thanks in advance.

hey guys i have been lurking for a while and doing my reading i got my tactrix cable on monday and held off on trying on uploading the GST base map for my 09 until i felt i read enough. now earlier to day i went to try and get things done and i have run into trbl... who would have thought.

i am unable to read the stock rom, i have been searching and reading on this issue and re-attempted to read the rom with no luck.

below is the log from when i tried to read the rom. i followed:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/09...f-dummies.html

this guide and i still managed to get this wrong some how...

sorry that prob looks like crap but it y give some of you smart people something to go by. i edited out the first few rows the were identical to each and made it even harder to read, i can paste the whole file if needed and i took out the last 2 vin digits which i can add again if needed.

hell of what i think is a first post, sorry but thanks in advance for any tips or pointers.

Chris

Not an expert at all, but doesn't the XML file need to be named the same as his ROM ID?

When I read my ROM I downloaded every XML I could. Although it didn't matter I guess as there currently isn't definitions for the 2013 so I don't know.....

Hey guys thanks for the thoughts, when i try and read from the ecu thats the log file i get. I cant even see the rom id from the car cause it wont allow me to read the ecu. The part that worries me is where it says its locked towards the end, and is there a way that i havent found to set up the ecu privileges?
