I have a 2011 Ralliart with TBE basemap installed and I just recently started monitoring my AFR ratios. My question is what is the expected normal range that I should be seeing? It normally idles at 14.x and as I accelerate it ranges anywhere from 12-15, sometimes dipping into 11. If I take foot off the accelerator (like going down a hill), it almost immediately shoots to 20 and stays there until I get back on the gas. Is that normal behavior? Thanks for being patient with a newb.

From memory, the TBE maps should have peak boost AFRs around 11.5:1. So you go wide open throttle, and as turbo spools , mixtures go from 14.7:1 (stoich) down to mid 11s... once boost levels are around 22-23psi.
If you keep on accelerating at WOT through the gears, mixtures should gradually enrich more. Thrash it enough non-stop and I expect you'll see 10.5:1 eventually.
Non-TBE boostpill tunes are around 0.5 AFR richer than that at WOT, if memory serves.
Hope that helps.

Thanks, richard and mxzas. So what I'm gathering from your responses is that my upper and lower values are completely within the normal and expected operating parameters for a car with my modifications. That's a relief. Thanks again.

Currently on v30 boost pill map with a K&N drop-in in my 2011 WW. She runs so rich that the trunk is constantly coated with soot. Would it be safe to run a different base map? The wife won't let me do anymore upgrades at this point due to some Dr. bills. Any thoughts?

Wanna know something funny. Running v31, and since its -40 outside frost/ice accumulates on the bumper around the exhaust tips after driving. lol. Is that condensation of heat from the exhaust and cold air outside causing that?

Look on the bright side - it's not nearly as rich as the stock tune!

Well, razorlab "owns" the first post, so I can't update links on it. I'll either have to bother Bryan, or start my own thread, lol.
For now, as there aren't 2013 versions, I'm happy to leave it as-is. I'll pester Bryan once the new ROMs are done.
Note... I don't consider the v31 maps to be betas. I recommend you update to them.
