Side note -- after a lot of logging, I've decided not to change the MAF scaling for my Evo X maf+cone filter intake on Version 3.1 and noticed that doing things like going 3/4 throttle then letting off is way less jerky now as is going from 1/4 to WOT. Stupidly, I didn't do a v3.1 scaled vs. v3.1 non-scaled so I'm unsure if it's solely from the scaling or the changes that went into v3.1 but in any case, the RA feels *exactly* how I want.

Thanks for your hard work Rich!

(Oh and after I moved to 3.1 this Thurs, no more CEL which had been fairly consistently coming on Mon-Wed, with me checking and clearing the code each night to only have it come back in the morning when I *wasn't* logging)

So, Newb, you're now Mr. P050B Test Guy. Will pm you.

Which ROM is safer until I get my wideband installed

While installing new parts this weekend we ran into an issue with the stock front oxygen sensor and as a result did not get the new down-pipe with the wide-band installed. We did however replace the stock cat with a Ultimate Racing 100 cell Metal High flow cat.

Until I can get the down-pipe and the wide-band installed so I can monitor AFR which is a safer ROM to run ?

2009_RA_USDM_BaseMap_BoostPILL_93oct_V31.001
2009_RA_USDM_BaseMap_BoostPILL_TBE_93oct_V31.001

The car has the following upgrades - Cosworth Air Filer in stock box, UR UICP and LICP, EVOX FMIC, UR Metal HFC.

I compared the High Octane Fuel Map of both ROMS to see if there was a general trend but some cells are richer and other cells are leaner.
The TBE Tune appears to be running more timing and higher boost levels ?

If you've replaced the cat but still have stock exhaust thereafter, you should be okay to run:

2009_RA_USDM_BaseMap_BoostPILL_93oct_V31.001

You may get the odd "rear O2" related code - in that case, we may want to look at an extra DTC-disable or two.

Wouldn't help him, as he shouldn't run the TBE tune. I've recommended the non-TBE above.

2009 AUS/EDM - 98 ROZ - BoostPill - AEM Intake - V3.0

Is there a 2009 3.0 Mod without TBE but with BoostPill - AEM Intake for 98 ROZ (OCT)

Sorry I'm not that good in English to check this, by using the "Search this Thread" function

I have a 2011 US Ralliart with a test pipe, catback, drop in filter, TurboSmart Bov 50/50, Evo x ic, and upper/lower ic pipes. I'm still on the stock boost pill and intake set up (with the k&n drop in).

What's the best map for my setup? I've never done any tuning of any sort and am kinda nervous about it. I just want my car to run as safe and smooth as possible, but with a little extra power lol.

Any tips/suggestions/help are extremely appreciated. I already have a tactrix cable, I think I just need to re-download the program from the first page. Anything else I need?

Thanks a ton.

No, there isn't. Not with the AEM intake.

But you can always do it yourself, if you know how...

There isn't a map for "TBE on stock pill".
