Thanks Rralliart09!! Would that explain my rough idle and leaner than normal A/F ratio? I'm hoping so. : )

It absolutely would. Zip tie both ends and every other vacuum line while you're at it. Use the skinny ones and buy quality ties. From the Lowes or Home Depot electrical department.

That's the FPR hose I asked about. Zip tie it so you don't blow up your motor.

Supposedly I shouldn't have any CELs for my high flow cat with a GST map, but I keep getting a P0420 "catalyst system efficiency threshold bank 1". Any ideas about how to get rid of this permanently? It is very annoying and keeps coming back every time I go for a longer drive on the highway. I never had this with the Cobb AP.

Why not? Some ROMs have an easy off switch, but others are more picky.

Some tunes/tuners totally disable the rear o2 sensor circuit. That's fine if all you want to do is make the CEL go away. Of course, that switch will end up destroying the rear o2 sensor, as it's then sitting unheated in the hot exhaust stream.

Which is why we aren't flicking the "destroy rear o2 sensor" switch in the Base Map.

Trust me, having someone in the community say, "How do I get rid of an annnoying light" is better than someone finding out their rear o2 sensor is toast.

Try the usual first step, which is to fit an anti-fouling adapter to the rear o2 sensor. It may reduce or eliminate that CEL.

This thread will be useful - particularly the posts about 15 back from the end.

Yeah, I noticed that the O2 sensor is still enabled in the map. I also read about it possibly dying if it gets disabled, so I haven't touched it.
In any case, thanks a lot for the info! I'll try your suggestions for sure (or maybe change to a different high flow cat with an extended O2 outlet, I needed to get one with an extra wideband bung anyway).

Just slap the wee elbow adaptor thing on, I reckon, and see how you go for a month. They are apparently pretty cheap, and dead easy to fit!

Have a question. My ACD pump is throwing the 4wd service light on and off- so I'm bringing it in to a dealer probably this Tuesday. For now I've thrown all the stock stuff back in the engine bay (not that I changed much there), but I can't find my oem boost pill for the life of me. I know keeping my UR boost pill in there has me running some risks IF they reflash anything. I had planned to flash back to stock, but if I can't find my pill anyway, would I be better off just leaving the GST map?

I should also mention that they may or may not fix/replace my tranny as well. everything covered under a third party extended warranty.

and slightly off topic....do you guys think I should re-install my oem catback for the warranty stuff?

All I can say is, don't ever mismatch a boostpill with a stock tune.

Finally got it to log, had to re-flash it. Logged to the tactrix since my laptop charger was nowhere to be found. Looking at the values in excel, it didn't read RPM or boost, but knock was at 0 everywhere except a few places, and topped out at 4 right before peak (as far as i can tell). The Load/Fuel values were there, but I have NO clue what they mean.

Upload your log so we can see it. If anyone has a good log, I'd like to compare it with mine just to see if I can notice areas to improve.

Hmm okay. Would I be able to just tell them not to flash my ecu in any way if it's just the ACD pump getting replaced? My worry comes from if I DO get a new tranny approved

Just an FYI, here is a great resource to share logs visually:
