I just ended up using the same ID of an xml that matches as close as possible - which ended up being the EDM 2011 rom for the ralliart
(even though my is a 2014.5)
the ID I have 56950006

When you first download your ROM from your ecu - ecuflash will complain that it cant find a matching XML, if you then browse through the XML files you should be able to locate one that matches - e.g. Mine matches the ID C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenECU\EcuFlash\rommetadata\mitsubishi\evo\ 56950006 2011 EDM Lancer Ralliart SST.xml

I found your ID in C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenECU\EcuFlash\rommetadata\mitsubishi\evo\ 53610010 2009 EDM Lancer Ralliart SST.xml

Once this is loaded as the base xml, you can then load the 2011_RA_AUS_EDM_BaseMap_BoostPILL_TBE_AEM_98ron_V3 1.003 and flash.

Using passthrucan software via tactrix cable to run through factory teach in procedures for the SST transmission.

Must be run in the correct order as per the documentation on this website.. - one of the steps also requires the transmission fluid to be at the correct temp or the process fails.

if these are done in the wrong order, funny things happen with the transmission (e.g. I messed it up once and the car wouldnt move. (just free revved) - but followed the process again and all back to normal.

I own european Ralliart 2008 sportback and I'm also very interested in a basemap for EDM ralliart with boostpill+TBE+AEM intake.
Couple months ago I tried to load basemaps to my car and I found that only AUS/EDM 2009 and 2010 are compatible with it.

Bryan, can you advise me if it's good idea to use (2010 AUS/EDM - 98 RON - BoostPill - TBE - AEM Intake - V3.1), for my car without damaging it?

Also I have a question about the same kind of basemap, but with lower octane quantity.
At the Eastern Europe we have a great problem with the quality and lack of 98 octane fuel, the best one is 95+
Is it possible to flash USDM 91 Oct-BoostPill-TBE-AEM basemap to european car, or it should be totally remaped for it?

Just an update Richard, They ended up warranting a whole new gearbox, and the weird issue is gone (of course) - took a heck of a lot of phone calls and getting Mitsu headoffice involved.

Just to reconfirm - are the latest GST maps using the Direct-boost > Boost-Target tables for boost control and no longer the load boost (Boost target engine load ) ?

Question, I am using Tephramod v3 base off of 56940007 which is a 2011 USDM Ralliart. Tuning my own car, everything is well. I did the SST reflash awhile back for s-sport.

My question is on the SST tables....The SST Throttle Requested Torque Ramp Rate. You have Normal & Sport modes on the Ralliart.
I was wondering if I could benefit from taking tables from the MR xml on the SST Throttle Requested Torque Ramp Rate - S-Sport mode where values are all 100%?

I already copied the tables into my ROM & that value shows up in ECU flash. I haven't flashed it yet wondering if it would brick it? (pretty sure it would be OK) I haven't built a bench flasher yet but I have flashed my car probably over 100 times so not new to flashing the ECU

Hello.
I was able to connect to the engine computer. I read the rom and even managed to save it.
I managed to read that it is a rom 53610016. There is 53610009 available on the forum. Will this rom be suitable for my computer? I read that if the first four digits match, it would be ok (5361 ....). Or maybe something needs to be changed in this 53610009 rom to make it good for my Ralliart from 2009.

Just wondering if you have the address to update the boost limit above the 319 load limit? I'm hitting 325load at 31psi and getting the ayc service required warning which appears to be the boost limit.

I would like to run my EDM car on 95ron (as it is the most common/available and cheapest in my area).

Can i simply just use the EDM 98ron and copy over ignition/fuel/boost tables from the USDM 91aki map? (as 91aki roughly translates to 95ron).

I tried to flash the USDM 91 map but my ECU wouldn't take it

I have read through most of the comments on this forum and have not got a concise answer as to what changes were made on the SST programming side to have it all in sync.

Also is it possible to run a GST basemap with a 3port EBCS? Would I use the boostpill map?

No, the 3 ports need a totally different WGDC curve.

Thanks for confirming for me. I am about to do a flash from Cobb to the basemap with boost pill upgrade and original boost controller. What is the max torque rating for the GST basemap? The Cobb maxes out at 400 lbs it appears base on their calculated torque gaugue.

I thought 350 max is the safe tq so this is really bothering me. I want the car to run healthy and safely for the transmission since this is my second tranny.

No Ralliart is getting close to 400wtq with the stock turbo so no worries there.
