I would also like to say that Normal Auto mode works great, since it is the mode that I use the most! Haven't tried Sport mode or Manual mode yet. I will be trying Sport mode soon!

Just reflashed this morning with the new 2009 V2 93 oct+ boostpill and its running great! I had the car out for about 2 hours. Both cruising and WOT. Normal mode is now working great . Sport manual WOT has great pick up.! This V2 is fantastic!

UPDATE

I confirmed that the 2010 AUS rom is the same as the 2010 EDM (Europe) rom so 2010 EDM RA owners can now use that as well! Updated the information in the first post.

I need somebody in Europe with a 2009 RA to send me their ROM or check their ROM ID # so I can confirm that it is the same for 2009 as well... Anybody?

Wow GST, this is certainly a treat and I have never seen a company offer anything like this (esp. coming from the BMW world). Just picked up a 2010 RA for my dad recently and will definitely recommend this to him! Is the Boost Pill the same as the one you currently sell for the Evo?

Although I'm not new to turbo'd cars, this is the first time I have encountered the term "boost pill" so I am not sure if it is universal or model specific.

Just installed v2 w/ my already installed boost pill. I love it. Shifts are much smoother in normal auto and sport manual mode. Thanks again. =]

I have a down pipe and a test-pipe, both 3 inches. I was wondering if a tune was required or if I could safely use the Basemap V2 91 Oct without worrying.

Thanks!

I upgraded from the 2009 93 oct + boost pill for cold region update to the 2009 93 oct + boost pill V2 update. I started to drive the car in normal auto mode and I immediately noticed a huge difference. I feel that the 1-2 second delay from a dead stop is no longer there. It now feels instantaneous. The shifts are so much smoother. Before whenever I would come to a stop and then try to give it gas right away, there would be a slight hesitation/jerk. The hesitation is gone and I get no jerk. I then took the car on the highway and put it in spot auto mode. This was very impressive. I was barely giving it any gas and before I knew it I was up to a high rate of speed. I am extremely happy with this update and I thank Bryan at GST for providing us with this free update. My only concern is that I will run into issues in the winter months since this is not a cold region update. Will there be an update for that Bryan?

Is there any possible way that someone can improperly install an aftermarket boost pill? Does it have to be EXACTLY where the old one is...seeing as though the new one is larger. Is there a certain way it should go in?

You can't really screw it up. As long as it is roughly in the same place as the stock one, you'll be fine. Just make sure the clamp is on the pill.

Dropped off my ralliart recently and got the call today about my transmission from the dealer. They said my transmission is getting replaced should have it back this weekend.
