injen intake

ay guys im debating if i should get the injen cia? any thoughts or opinions?

I would just go with a the Injen Upper IC pipe. Youll prob need a tune if you get the intake. I dont think its worth it. Also, look into the UR Upper IC pipe kit and get a drop in filter. Youll gain some HP witth out having to get a tune right away.

well im actually planning on installing everything in march or april and i was gonna go get my tune as soon as i did that...for now im just saving up and lookiing at what else 2 buy...i wouldl ike to the get the ams sri but i dont wanna have 2 buy the mini battery kit..unless i relocate the battery to the trunk

I would also get the drop ins. No problems, better response, a lil bit of a gain, no tune.
And cheap too, which you could save up for the big upgrades

I was under the impression the Injen intake was the only one that does NOT require a tune?

I have an Injen intake and it says on the box that it already comes tuned ( I don't know how haha) but anyways the intake makes it pull slightly harder plus the stock BOV whistles way louder when letting off the gas.

whats the point of a cold air if you have a intercooler?

exactly, save the money, if you are tuning anyways, get the UR intake install it right before, its way cheaper, just as nice, you dont have to move anything.. and the audible advantage is second to none.
