True battery was an issue in the above referenced thread, but not a deal breaker. Well I am getting the piping this weekend, I dont have an evo x fmic yet, dont think the piping would bolt onto RA fmic?...

here ya go. custom made s.s. recirc pipe from a member on here. painted it myself with low gloss black rustoleum engine enamel (500*) and it matches the nisei 1pc perfectly. in the pic it looks like its rubbing on the uicp, but its actually curved just underneath it:

here's the original thread where the guy started with the idea. i just pm'ed ralliart425 and he hooked it up for like 60ish bucks or something like that, i dont remember exactly. its a heavy *** pipe, for what it is, but its worth it to complete the overall complete hard-pipe setup, imo

Hate to steal the spotlight from anyone, but I have a guy out here that has amazing welds as well. He is making me some uicp and licp. I will post his work, he works for a race team fabbing headers, exhausts, etc. Very good work. I have seen the other guys welds on here and they are very good as well. Either way, I will post next week. If anyone is interested, he would be happy to make some more at a great price. Polished or stainless.

definitely, go for it if you have a guy that can do it. im not even sure if the original guy is still doing this or still into the whole thing or what, to be honest. all i can say is the one i have is immaculate. welds look almost as though they were done by a machine, no joke, and everything was ground down silky-smooth like butter

For the people that have done this mod. Does the BPV get louder?? It's already pretty loud with just the HKS filter

Any shop that can do pipe bending / welding should be able to do it. Just a matter of finding a good one so you don't end up with something crappy. =)
