Custom tune off GST basmap: 300+HP&TQ
Hey guys, I just got my car custom tuned on a Dynapack dyno using the GST basemap w/ upgraded boost pill for 93 octane as a starting point, and I ended up with 321 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque. The tuner said he thinks my car is a freak because he's never seen these kinds of number without significant mods before. He checked to make sure the dyno was working properly and told me that it was, but I honestly don't know if the numbers are correct or not, so here are links to the graphs and you can decide for yourself.

The numbers with just the GST free basemap and upgraded boost pill as well as the numbers after the custom tune are shown in the 2nd of the two links I provided in the original post. The yellow boxes are what we got on the baseline run with just the GST map and upgraded boost pill, and then the numbers in the green box are the final numbers after the custom tune.

I kno the stock tune is restrictive as hell and the boost pill does wonders but this it just way too high. Either way u gonna have to decrease that torque so ur clutch dont take a **** on u. Take it to the track and see wat times you get.

I just got an e-mail today from the guy who owns the dyno-tuning shop, and it looks like you guys were right about the dyno being off calibration. He finally found what the problem was though, and I'll be bringing my car back in on Feb 20th to get it retested. I'll post the corrected results then, and this time they should be accurate!

Ok, I went back to get the car retested on the dyno, and here are the corrected numbers and graphs. This was done 2/20/10 on a Dynapack Evolution dyno.

yeah its still high, however i would estimate the baseline is high as well. Dynos are not designed to give a peak number, but a gained number, its too bad you didnt dyno stock.

I read these Ralliart forums every day, and the numbers are pretty much right in line with everyone else who has done a few mods and a custom tune, so to me the results are exactly what I expected to get.
