The SSP cooler sits above the crash beam I believe and gets air through the top vents of the front bumper. There's a decent amount of room between the radiator and where the cooler is mounted so radiator heat shouldn't be an issue.

Well the stock cooler sits behind the left fog light. Remove the fog light and there's a plastic air guide that routes air to the cooler. Just removing the fog light will help a lot with air flow. But the lower holes below the crash beam is filled up by the intercooler so I would just mount it on top for the SSP cooler or buy the AMS one that sits in the stock location.

now that i think about it, those should have been my first two upgrades, but im a sucker like nearly everyone else and wanted to go "vroom vroom" first.

^^I agree I want to do a cooler and new brakes. More than anything the brakes are top on my list, didn't notice how much the stock brakes sucked until I added 1xx hp. I'm hoping that once it warms up I don't have any tranny overheating issues.
