just trying to get a little better understanding here, with the limits of the sst, and the potential with just the evox turbo, what is the benefit of running the bbx? just for better overall efficiency and longevity? or have you been playing with the tcu and you're not letting us in on it...? lol.

I'll give you a clue however.....
"only" 295 wtq at 7000rpm = how much hp?

see, that's what i was thinking, keeping the boost lower in the bottom end to stay within torque limits and allowing it to continue building throughout the band, but i thought that was achievable with the x turbo? apparently it doesnt flow what i thought it did. i appreciate you cluing me in

Your setup will provide a stupidly flat torque plateau. Likewise, this setup will provide you the test bed upon which to deliver precise torque spikes to the transmission, pretty much regardless of rpm.
This will be the foundation upon which you can begin tinkering with the TCU. By removing variables which might be associated to an Evo X turbo as it gets close to surpassing its maximum efficiency, you will be able to accurately determine the programming/hardware limitations of the TCU and transmission.
With this data, GST can design specific upgrades addressing these deficiencies.

That number won't happen on 91 with my mods but E85 will be the interesting one.
Keep in mind it's still running the stock catback. I like it quiet. I have the Evo to be obnoxious in.
