Project: 2010 Ralliart Sportback
#106
I apologize for the confusion on my part.
How would this setup appear stock, if your BBX uses a stock Evo X TD05H-20G-12 housing? The TD05H requires the addition of a twin scroll manifold. The TD05H is also much larger than the Ralliart's TD04HL. While manifold differences may not be noticeable, the same cannot be said between the two turbos.
To your knowledge, is there a "stocker appearing" option utilizing a Ralliart's stock TD04HL-15t-7 housing? If so, this would enable bolt-up to a really stock Ralliart manifold. The result could be a, "Really Stock Appearing" Ralliart turbo upgrade.

My plan for this ralliart is to keep it all OEM appearing under hood. I will be using all stock Mitsu parts, at least for the first phase.

I think Alterna was asking if you have any bolt on upgrades for the stock single scroll ralliart turbo. It is a pain in the @ss to have to purchase a new exhaust manifold, O2 housing, intake pipe, and oil / water lines just to purchase a turbo that is a simple "bolt on" for an EVO guy. Some of us are looking for a "bolt on" for the Ralliart.

Had some free time to do some installs on the sportback.
Installed the Eibach prokit springs. The rear is a pita.
Also installed a UR testpipe with mini muffler. I ran out of time to throw it back on the dyno but I did do some quick little street pulls today to clean up the tune.
It is now time to get this craptastic OEM FMIC off this car. The logs are unbelievable!
This is 1st through 4th gear WOT pull, and this in Fahrenheit:
Blue is intake manifold temp sensor, orange is metered at the MAF.
yes that is 115F measured at the intake manifold once into 4th gear, while the air ingestion at the MAF is 67F

I also would like to see what HP gains are made with an upgrade to the FMIC
Looking forward to your progress in this.
Cheers

It would be good to get data from it as well. Depends on what kind of time I have.
