Its kinda confusing. At first it says stage 2 is for a turbo back. then it goes on to say:

Stage2 91 RAv100 - Intended for an otherwise stock 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart
vehicle with a stock or cat-back exhaust, STOCK INTAKE SYSTEM, and STOCK INTAKE
FILTER ONLY. 91 octane fuel. Boost Targets: ~20psi peak boost pressure tapering down
to ~13psi by the 7100 RPM redline, +/- 1.5psi.

Stage2 93 RAv100 - Intended for an otherwise stock 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart
vehicle with a stock or cat-back exhaust, STOCK INTAKE SYSTEM, and STOCK INTAKE
FILTER ONLY. 93 octane fuel. Boost Targets: ~20psi peak boost pressure tapering down
to ~13psi by the 7100 RPM redline, +/- 1.5psi.

I emailed to ask which it is.

it clearly states you can have either a stock or catback system. There is no issue with either.

True but in the notes it also states that it's meant to be used on a car with a high flow cat and it doesn't matter if it's the stock catback or an aftermarket one.

I just don't want people running this map when they have test pipes installed and overboost.

Notes State: "A full turbo back system" which to me means Aftermarket down pipe, test pipe or high flow cat and then the catback system.

My question is... how much louder would my RA be with a new downpipe and high flow cat? I already am running the UR cat back and it's sweet sounding however I do not wish to get to much louder.

They can if they have a test pipe. This tune is intended for use with a high flow cat. The RA that was used to create this map had a high flow cat.

It won't be much louder while cruising, but might be a little bit louder at WOT.
