injen intake?????????help

what are the chances of me hydrolocking with the injen cold air intake? i was thinking about purchasing it with the injen hyrda sheild..the only short ram intake i like it the ams..but i would still either have to buy the mini battery or relocate it to the trunk and purchase a oil catch can...what do yu guys think?
mabe some who has this can tell me a little bit of the pros and the cons of it

From my past experience, water doesnt suck up unless u soak the whole filter in water.
I have had/seen other will CAI on other cars... never had any prob with water.

I used to have a 2.3 focus that had the cai in the same position, car lowered 2 inches in nj. Never had any problems.

its more or less myth. and if it does happen, it human error e.g. cutting away the fender underside for more air + driving thru a river lol

The water would have to be pretty high to hydrolock our cars while using a CAI.

Have had tons of cars with cold air kits and have never had a problem with water.
