When did you install the test pipe? Try putting the car back to stock, and see if it will start.

Does the engine try to turn over at all when you attempt to start it or what does it do?

does the engine crank when u turn the key? installing a test pipe should have no effect on the car starting or not...did you mess with anything electrical? what are your other mods that you have done to the car?

like mentioned above, a test pipe install would have nothing to do with this condition. you could completely remove the cat and just leave the pipe missing with the 02 sensor hanging down to the ground and this still wouldnt happen. something else is going on... what else did you do while performing this install? not blaming you or trying to talk sh*t, but the more we know, the easier it will be to help you out and point you in the right direction.

start simple
battery may not have enough charge to crank engine you might have left your lights on

+1. no-crank=always check battery first. easiest thing to check and most common thing to cause problems. i've had the battery drain on me before when i first installed my subs/amp and kept opening and closing the doors and such plus keeping the dome lights on so i could see at night.

is there any power at all when you turn the key to the accy position? check your power window operation, is it slower than normal? normally with other cars you can turn your lights on and then see if they dim while trying to start, but our stupid car has the intelligence (i know oxymoron) to turn everything else off while cranking, effectively eliminating this very helpful test procedure possibility.
