Proven numbers using the small RA turbo

Just curious what are some proven numbers on people that use the stock ralliart turbo. Just curious on the parts used and the results you CAN get with the stock turbo.

The RA turbo is too small to make much more then 280 WHP, without cams and meth. Its much more reliable to just upgrade the turbo at that point, and cheaper.

For a better barometer, the turbo can make in around 70 more whp at the very most over the stock power. Thats fully bolted and tuned up on 93-94 octane. E85 is another story yet to be told, but in that case the turbo can still only make so much power.

no i was talking to someone recently and they had only a fmic, intake, and catback claiming 305 at the wheels with stock turbo. It just seemed out of reach with only those mods. Everything is going great with my setup I have 23000 miles and still going strong.

is this person on here?

There is one person on here who claimed such numbers, but their baselines were astronomically high, thus why i gave the barometer of how much you can gain opposed to numbers.

Its easy to "make" 305 whp on this car, on a goofed dyno that reads 240 whp stock. Its been known to happen.

This is why I go with 1/4 mile times instead of dyno numbers. There are a couple (perhaps more by now) of us running 12's with bolt ons and the stock turbo and pump gas. I now have my E-85 fuel system installed and am waiting on installation of my cams.

You could of made this with a stock ralliart? The 100% stock ralliart has so much potential its rediculous. I mean if you can just use the GST base tune and make 23 more hp and 16 more wtq, then a custom tune could certainley get there easily by increasing the psi alittle and having better airflow with the filter.

No he couldnt. He didnt have a tune. Only a drop in filter thats good for 5 whp at most.

the dyno he was on just has high numbers. ITs not an issue.

255 whp with Evo X FMIC, UR upper and lower IC pipes, K&N drop in filter, EVO X BOV, full turbo back UR exhaust with additional muffler and resonator in mid pipe, plus custom tune.

I took the UR cat back off and re-installed the OEM, it was too loud and the drone at highway speeds gave me a headache. It did make conversation with my wife next to impossible, but the headache was too much to bear.

I'm not sure what it makes now with the OEM cat back on, but it is less than 255. This was a hub dyno.
