I have seen two RalliArts running EVO X aftermarket exhausts. Both posted up on forums that it fits and rawk on!

In person, one had a melted bumper (the X tips are shorter) and the other was rattling something fierce beating on the control arms with the bumper about to melt. They dont fit.

If you use a evo x exhaust pipe that goes from the middle exhaust out to the rear then it should fit, you just can't switch mufflers cause the end piece is different the only thing that might cause rubble is the back chassis so you might have to lower the exhaust muffler I don't know yet I just bought the tomei titanium exhaust for my ralliart it's made for evo x but I called tomei and the guy said it should fit. I'll keep you guys posted it sucks that there's no single exhaust system for the ralliart. I looked at Google images from the evo x and ralliart it looks like it should fit. In theory it should since we have the same differential (I'm not saying same system) from the center to the back route for the exhaust should be the same if the pipes are the same width. They should be since they are both running turbos. This is just a logical analysis.

Dig this up from the grave

I think the problem was the cutouts in the bumper are spaced different.

The Tomei has been used before.

The Tomei will bolt up, but it's not a perfect fit.

From the person that installed it.

1) On the Sportback RA, the muffler tip sits inside the bumper, thus a heat shield will be needed for prolonged use. I'm sure I can find one on line for 50 bux.

2) The exhaust hanger near the rear axle is in a different location on the RA and Evo. The exhaust sits pretty snug now, but I'll make a bracket later for added support.

3) The rear bolt on a rear tie bar was dangerously too close to the exhaust piping. I removed this and life was good. Later I'll make a similar mod that RMR does with their evo 8 downpipes. That or I'll use a flush bolt.
Might burn your bumper :P

So it should fit perfectly with the sedan? If not I have a solution extend it with 304 stainless steel probably going to have to weld it

I was able to extend it by getting another piece of titanium from titanium joe it costed about $60 for shipping included I had my muffler shop expand the titanium so it will fit

Update change of plans

Decided to extend it from the middle out instead of by the muffler by extending it from the middle out I won't hit the chassis and tie bar thanks too neogeo64

I have a TurboXS full 3 inch turbo back exhaust . Made for the EvoX and listed for the EVO. I put this on my Ralliart . I bought it and everything fits flawlessly like a glove. Has single muffler with dual 4 inch tips exits. Bolted right up stock locations and zero fittment issues .
