Problem with Evo X BOV and Cosworth Drop-In Filter

Hey guys, today I installed an Evo X metal BOV and a Cosworth Drop-In Filter on my 2009 Ralliart which has already been dyno-tuned because I have always heard that you don't need to re-tune when installing these items. However, when I tested out the car after the installation, I had some problems when flooring it from a dead stop in Sport-Auto mode with the ASC turned OFF. What's happening is that it feel like it's either overboosting, or it's bouncing off the Rev Limiter before the SST transmission can recognize that it's time to shift into the next gear(I'm not sure if it's happening in the transition from 1st to 2nd gear or if it's from 2nd to 3rd gear, but it's definitely in one of these lower gears rather than 4th, 5th, or 6th). Now, if I floor the gas pedal from a rolling start, the shifts seem to be right on time, but I'm just really afraid to floor it from a dead stop anymore since I don't want to do any damage to my engine/drivetrain. Anybody got any ideas as to why this may be happening?

Is that overboosting when it bounces off the REV limiter a couple times before shifting? Mine did that on and off a couple times before I did the GST map and pill. After the tune and pill it did it just went to higher RPMs.

Yeah, that sounds like the same thing that's happening to me. Anybody know how to fix the problem? Maybe there's a way to change something in the tuning parameters that will signal the transmission to shift a little earlier so that it doesn't bounce off the Rev Limiter and cut power to the engine? Somebody must have a solution for this, so please chime in and help out if you can!

The BPV needs to readjust. The X runs higher boost than the RA.
My SSQV did the same thing for a few days until it readjusted itself.

Thanks very much for the reply. Yeah, you know, I think you may be on to something there. I did a couple more trial runs today at full throttle from a dead stop and I couldn't recreate the problem, so I thought maybe the SST or ECU on our cars is capable of "learning" and thus it self-corrected the problem. Now, I can't say for sure if this issue is really solved yet, because a couple trouble-free runs doesn't guarantee that it's fixed, but I do feel a little better about the situation than I did yesterday.
