Blue Fuel Relay

Wait so you mean IF I happen to have a tune while on the black relays then when they replace it, they will want to re-flash it along with the replacement of the black to blue relay?

yes.. they might... not all the time... but some dealers will... and for SCM to duplicate that problem it has to be very cold and wet... and you might have some cold start issues... i know i had a few time with cold start problems.. but after that few time never seen it again

yes sir, that is correct. if they are following the procedure properly, they are supposed to. a considerate mechanic, such as myself, will usually ask an owner of a modified car before flashing the software, but many will not, so be aware before you go in; either save a copy of your tune somewhere or with the tuner for a quick flash back to where it was, or just make sure ask to talk with your mechanic before they do the work so your tune doesnt get overwritten
