Is this bad?

The dealer told me it's ok to switch between Normal mode and Sport mode while I'm driving. I just wanted to see what the general consensus is...
Is the dealer right, or is it bad to switch between Normal mode and Sport mode while driving?

Yes that is fine. You can also switch between the different ACD modes while driving.
