Any fitment issues with the Turbo XS? I've sent mine back twice to them and sill have an annoying rattle at idle/part throttle i cant get rid of. I finally got fed up and stop sending it to them. Yours sounds amazing though! Way deeper than my set up! (stock DP, Turboxs test pipe and cat-back)

Think mine has developed a squeak since installation. Sounds like it's coming from left rear suspension but it just started 2-3 weeks ago. Adding the resonator to the exhaust made a world of difference. Got rid of the dragster sound and gave it more of a mellow growl.

I ordered through MAP w/ 18 PSI spring:

But I received the Turbosmart w/ 18 PSI spring:

Seems like a good deal to me

Definitely needed my air compressor to get the preload necessary to prevent wastegate chatter. It definitely "feels" better but I need to get my retune squared away for the aftermarket CBE and do some logging to see what the end results are. The old stock X wastegate was getting noisy.

looks a lot better than map wastegate. I want to get rid of the peak boost. I want a stable boost curve

Definitely had to turn down WGDC by a bit.

I'll see if I can get some logging done before this weekend.

Question battery relocation

How secure is the battery in the trunk? Did you do it yourself?

Drilled two holes to secure the battery box to the car. Done myself. Easy once you spot where you want to drill from under the car.

Sad to say but the Ralliart is no more

Traded it for a 2013 VW Passat TDI w/ sunroof and navigation

Be on the lookout in the For Sale section for whatever I still have lying around for the car

May this thread still help others in the pursuit of converting to the X turbo

I'll admit, it was tough to drive away with the Ralliart in my rear view mirror. Shocked the sales manager when he floored it.

Priorities changed. Gas mileage will double and car insurance will be $100 cheaper each month. Plus my commute may be getting a lot longer in the next year. Hopefully someone will buy and appreciate all the hard work I put into the Ralliart.

I'm pumped that I ended up with your car Omegis. Hopefully, I can treat it as well as you did.
