Will UR Downpipe bolt right up to stock setup?

Yes, our Short Downpipe is a bolt-on replacement for the OEM Downpipe. It reuses the OEM donut gasket up top, with an option for a 3" gasket down below.
Hope this helps!

To the op, yes if you get the short downpipe your upper end of the pipe will bolt directly to your o2 housing, and the bottom end to the cat. If you get the Long downpipe then you must remove the o2 housing altogether and it will bolt up to the turbo, and the bottom end of the pipe to the cat. As long as you get the RA piping everything will bolt directly on and fit. If you plan on upgrading the turbo to something more then the RAD turbo by CBRD, then you will have to purchase a X downpipe, and that will not fit on your stock turbo, but will bolt directly up to the cat.
To ltn: yes bolts directly up whether its the short pipe, long pipe, X or RA.
UR's parts basically all are direct bolt ons.
lol wow i had this tab open for like 2hrs, and just now decide to answer only to find out everyone and the owner already did lol

Yes, it will bolt right in place. But the down pipe will lead to practically no gain unless you change the full exhaust.
You'll need 2.5 or 3 inches exhaust gasket (2-bolts). 3 inches would be the best and is required if you go with an aftermarket cat-pipe.

I decided to leave my cat stock for emissions purposes and go UR cat back with the DP. everything bolts right on. I posted pics in an earlier thread. Had to remove a heat shield though up by the DP
