That happened to me when I got my FMIC on and didnt have my LICP yet. No matter how tight i clamped the licp to the fmic it still leaked and make that suction sound.

I got the right size coupler.... But found the problem.... I had to re do it the clamp wasn't sealing it right. Good Ol Water and soap showed me bubbles and whistled and now the car runs 100% Better. It was the Coupler from the Intercooler to RA LICP. Redid it all tight and secured at the right location and it's good to go...
