Oil in UICP? Normal? OK?

I did some looking, but couldn't find any definitive answers on if this is normal/OK or not?

Its normal. It's just one of those things about a turbo car, if you get a catch can it should fix it

A small amount of oil near the turbo nozzle is not uncommon, and nothing to worry about. Hopefully you don't have oil pouring into your FMIC, but if you do that is a different matter...

Its from the breather valve in between the crank case and the intake. Attach a catch can here, it will keep oil vapors out of the turbo, IC piping, and most importantly the FMIC.

possibly too much oil in engine, sloshing up into the recirc tube.

No, its from 'spirited driving' throwing the oil around when cornering, stopping, etc.
Take a look, that breather line is ~3" long and connects directly in front of the turbo inlet, wont take much at all....

I see that.... looks like I'm adding catch can to my list of mods.
