CP-E all the way. I have the Cat Back without the resonator and I also have their Downpipe. I kept the stock Cat to avoid the CEL I might get without a tune. I am looking at getting a UR HFC because they have the mechanical CEL fix or I might just get the CP-E HFC to have a complete CP-E TBE I'am not sure yet. From what I have heard UR Exhaust drones. Also IMO If you have to get an exhaust with mini mufflers and a resonator in the Mid-Pipe its not worth it. The CP-E exhaust is a little louder then stock but it has such an aggressive tone when you giv'er. Youtube is your friend when it comes to hearing exhausts. Best do some research and figure out whats best for you.

This is the link to the CP-E Exhaust that had me sold. Listen from 1.30-1.35 he really comes on to her and then shifts. Sounds amazing. The rest of the video is daily driving. This video is the closest thing to in person.

I just put on UR HFC and back, no resonator no midpipe muffler. It wakes up the neighbrhood but it sounds amazing. Real deep, throaty sound. Super easy to install too, minus taking off the stock O2 sensor. That went quick with a bit of WD40 to loosen it up but make sure to wipe all that off before you put it back in.

Magnaflow is QUIET compared to the others. Sounds like a slightly more grumbling stock exhaust, especially when it's just the catback. If you're running a dp/tp too it's a bit better.

I have the Magnaflow with a Depo(t?) Racing HFC. Good, deep sound, but not so loud that it would draw unwanted attention, or drive me nuts. Also, decently priced. A solid alternative to the TurboXS.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I think the Magnaflow has a great sound to it, very clean and well-behaved with a nice growl once you do the full tbe; but given the OP's other choices, it would be a bit subdued by comparison

There's nothing wrong with the TurboXS. Nice sound and not "LOOK AT ME" loud like the UR. And, it doesn't rub or need any adjustment...
