Tactrix or OBDLink (802.11 WiFi and USB)

Hello all,
I currently have a netbook on its way for my evoscan/ecuflash setup, which I was thinking about semi-permanently mounting on my dash for gauges, as well as ecu flashing. My question is in regards to cables, I know tactrix 2.0 is the best cable for the job, but I have come across this OBDlink cable ( http://www.palmerperformance.com/sto...products_id=52) that also has a wifi transmitter that I could use with my Iphone. Essentially meaning I could use my iPhone for gauges when my eee pc is not in the car. Will this connect with evoscan/ecuflash on windows XP? Or is it best to stick with the safer well know route of the tactrix cable? I cannot find much info about the OBDlink cable anywhere?!?!?!?!?

I'm pretty sure that the second item you posted isn't a pass-through device so just stick with the OP2.0
