oil drain plug size/thread

anyone know what it is? looking at picking up a magnetic plug

I ordered mine off of lancershop for a dollar cheaper but heres titeks link.

So its M14x1.5.

Only thing to remember is you need the washers. I picked up 5 for around 13$ at my dealership.

what it is, is a incredibly powerful magnet meant to grab metal flakes or bits in the oil prior to it possibly entering somewhere it should not belong.

Think of it essentially like what they put in cows, they stuff magnets in cows stomachs to catch metal flakes from rusty fences and things cuz cows eat a crap ton of grass, and it would harm the cow if it got into the intestines, literally the same idea. (sorry for that lol, im from Ceciltucky, cattles is kinda a normal thing here for us)

i know what the plug is i just ment what size it was, but thanks for that nasty imagery... haha
